its 1943, the USMC are doing island hopping in the Marshall Island, Tarawa Betio island needs to be cleared so we can launch B-17 Flying Fortresses to Bomb mainland Japan. We will be beach assaulting from the USS Enterprise. We need to clear key objectives on the airfield/island. Nearby ships have been shelling the island to soften up the defences for 2 days.
