Publish Force Manual changes

Publish drafts in the team's Force Manual sections as material or editorial changes, send drafts back, choose who can read a document, and retire, restore or revert.

Positions that currently hold this permission, and where. It can be granted: Everywhere, or on the holder's own team. To change who holds it you need Grant permissions, and to hold this permission yourself, everywhere or for the same platform, event type or team.
