Write Force Manual drafts

Add passages and write drafts in the team's Force Manual sections, attach a picture or video, and send a draft for review.

Positions that currently hold this permission, and where. It can be granted: Everywhere, or on the holder's own team. To change who holds it you need Grant permissions, and to hold this permission yourself, everywhere or for the same platform, event type or team.
