Arrange the Force Manual

Add, rename, move, order and retire the team's Force Manual sections and documents, embed passages, and choose the platforms documents and passages apply to.

Positions that currently hold this permission, and where. It can be granted: Everywhere, or on the holder's own team. To change who holds it you need Grant permissions, and to hold this permission yourself, everywhere or for the same platform, event type or team.

• Policy NCO On its own team
• Unit Command Chairman Everywhere, as a post that holds every permission
