Change who may edit a member fact

Set who may change each fact on a record, and who may see it, without a deploy.

Positions that currently hold this permission, and where. It can be granted: Everywhere. To change who holds it you need Grant permissions, and to hold this permission yourself, everywhere or for the same platform, event type or team.

  Tells a member when a medal, or a step of one, is put on their record, by hand, by a rule or from Approvals. A grant earned longer ago than the announcements' "Announce grants earned within" is recorded quietly.
