Manage after action forms and policy

Change the after action forms, dimensions and factors, which form each event type uses, who counts as the mission team, and the windows and thresholds. Change the mode on any event.

Positions that currently hold this permission, and where. It can be granted: Everywhere. To change who holds it you need Grant permissions, and to hold this permission yourself, everywhere or for the same platform, event type or team.

  How long after the end members are encouraged to report. After this the report shows as due.

  After this many days from the end, a required report is overdue.

• Closes after (days)

  After this many days from the end, no more reports are taken and nobody is still asked. It is never shorter than the due window.

• Results show at (% reported)

  Members who have reported see the results once this share of the people asked have reported. The mission team and results readers see them sooner, once the fewest reports are in.

• Fewest reports behind a figure

  No score or comment is shown from fewer reports than this, to anyone, the mission team included, so nothing gives away how one person answered.

• Most factors per dimension

  On a form that asks for factors, how many a member may pick under one dimension. There is never a minimum.

• A low rating needs a comment

  On means a report with a rating at or below the threshold cannot be submitted without a written answer. Off by default: it pressures people to justify an honest score.

  The rating, on the form's own scale, that counts as low. 1 on a four point scale is Poor.

• Shortest comment (characters)

  How much has to be written, across the written answers, when a low rating needs a comment.

• Reminder channel

  The Discord channel that is told who still owes a required report. Empty means no reminder is posted.

  How long after the end the reminder is posted, once per event, naming whoever has not reported.

  Tells each member who still owes a required after action report, once per event, when the reminder goes out. Optional reports are never chased.
