Promote operation rules

Make an operation rule required, or advisory again, and change a required rule. A required rule stops an event being submitted, approved or released. When more than one must agree, ask and agree here.

Positions that currently hold this permission, and where. It can be granted: Everywhere. To change who holds it you need Grant permissions, and to hold this permission yourself, everywhere or for the same platform, event type or team.

  Tells an event's organiser, once, when it reaches its release time breaking a required ORBAT or operation rule, so it stays scheduled until that is fixed.
