Manage troops

Set the rules that place members in troops, which troops are active and who approves a move; move any member between troops and approve any request to move.

Positions that currently hold this permission, and where. It can be granted: Everywhere. To change who holds it you need Grant permissions, and to hold this permission yourself, everywhere or for the same platform, event type or team.

• Troop rules

  Where each member belongs, decided by the first rule that fits them. Run every hour; a member already in an active troop is never moved by them.

• Active troops

  The troops serving members are spread across, the smallest first.

• Spread these evenly as recruits

  Members at these ranks go to the active troop with the fewest of them, so each troop gets its share of recruits.

• Who approves a move

  For each troop, who approves a member joining it and who approves one leaving it. A troop manager may approve any move.
