J2 NCOIC selection

Good afternoon all,    In addition to the recent ORGCOC selections there has also been a small shuffle of staff within Personnel Command.    Specifically I am pleased to announce that Mr 47 has agreed to step up to NCOIC of J2 and will now be the main point of contact for regulars in this position.    Please join me in congratulating him!
