Selection Notice

In accordance with P15-154 Policy: Ranks and Promotions and P15-127 Policy: Chain of Command   Do you want to help UNITAF with is ambitious transition to the future Force Manual and away from our current FTXs to the new peer-to-peer training system? Are you passionate about learning or helping others to be the best they can be in any given role?   With the current UNITAF roadmap, the role of J7 is changing. The J7 Training team is moving away from Lesson Planning to instructor development and management of the future skills and evaluation systems.  

J7 is responsible for ensuring that we have a good distribution of understanding of unit doctrine across the active force, and the team is there to assist in any way possible, to improve unit-wide ability to conduct operations in accordance with unit SOP.

The ideal candidate should be interested in the improvement of unit training application, management of a wide range of instructors and group training planning.  

To be eligible, you must be:

• Rank of Pvt or higher.

• The application deadline is Friday, December 1st, 2023. 

 

In accordance with the rank policy this is a staff management position and therefore the relevant rank of this position is determined by the rank policy.
