v2 Denied SFC Johnson

Updated faction more accurate to SOP and polished.

Denied or withdrawn on the current site.

v1 Denied Capt SkullCollector

Primary weapon: M16A2 -> M14/M21 DMR; Reason: vanilla MOS on M16 looks silly and has been met with criticism. No realistic sight available. M14 as DMR was out of service, but still authentic for the period.

Denied or withdrawn on the current site.
