Conclude a Fire Mission
- Determine when the fire mission is complete or no longer required.
- Issue a CEASE LOADING command if rounds are not complete
- Declare the end of the fire mission.
- Provide a Battle Damage Assessment (BDA).
- Include the target identifier and target description (optional).
