In UNITAF Operational Chain of Command (OPCOC) is the In-game, a temporary Chain of Command (COC) for command structure operates on a mission per-operation basis. From STARTEX to ENDEX, role always precedes rank as outlined dictated by the deployments ORBAT. During missions communication flows through the OPCOC and this is also the case pre-mission (Briefing) and post-mission (De-briefing) this is an important part of the execution process because as with all elements Order of COC, limits communication flow. For that same reason, Fireteam Leaders don’t attend Platoon Debriefings Battle (ORBAT) and Squad Leaders don’t attend Company Debriefings - in accordance with the rule of twos. standard operating procedures.
