v1.00
Always be constructive. Don’t dwell on mistakes, focus on how improvements could be made.
Only speak when you are addressed by the element leader.
If the element leader is not present, succession of command should take place.
Debriefings are not for personnel mattersIf you have a policy violation to report you must do this in private via the OPCOC or ORGCOC.
Do not speak, interrupt someone or make comments outside of your allotted time.
Do not focus on other people or elements, a debriefing is self-reflection and is not a platform to criticise others.
A debriefing should take no more than 10 minutes for a fireteam. Debriefings of larger elements may take a little more time, but should not exceed 20 minutes. No persons total debriefing liability for any mission should exceed 30 minutes.
