Medical System Overview

UNITAF employs a modified version of the advanced configured ACE Medical system for Arma 3. This system elevates realism in injuries and treatments, emphasizing the role of combat medics and fostering team-based gameplay.

Features: The ACE Medical system introduces:

  • Detailed wound system with fractures
  • Blood loss calculations based on injuries
  • Vitals simulation (heart rate, blood pressure)
  • Cardiac arrest events
