Personnel Command (PC) is responsible for managing all personnel-related matters within UNITAF. This includes recruitment, administration, promotions, policy enforcement, and handling of personnel files. The command unit ensures that the unit's human resources are effectively managed and supported. J1 Recruitment: Handles the entire recruitment process, from applicant processing to welcoming newcomers and manages Recruits in probation. Applicant Processing Recruit Administration Helping Newcomers Advertising Candidate Intakes J2 Personnel: Manages personnel records for all ranks above Recruit, including promotions, appeals, and ensures compliance with policies.
