Manual slot allocation before ORBAT lock

You are reading v1.02, an earlier version. Read the current version

A person can be manually slotted by the Field Leader before ORBAT lock into:

Any slot that can be pre-slotted
- Must have all requirements for the role
- No reprimands within the last 7 days
- At the explicit invitation of the Field Leader, the Field Leader should not be contacted
A Combat/Field Leadership role, when under supervision
- When being supervised by another person that has all requirements for the role
- With prior approval from Operations Command (OC) FM/BG-614
Any role, when supervising
- When supervising another person
- Must have all requirements for the role under supervision
- With prior approval from Operations Command (OC) FM/BG-614
Any role, when retired
- Only when the ORBAT is less than 24hrs from STARTEX
- Must have the requirements of the currently active slotting stage (1-UP, 2-UP)
- No reprimands within the last 7 days
- No no-show within the last month
