UEF scouts have spotted ChDKZ engineers digging fortifications around the village of Gorka. We believe they intend to set it up as a perimeter village to prevent UEF and UNITAF access into ChDKZ territory. In order to progress to the town of Berezino, UNITAF will need to push through Gorka and into ChDKZ territory to secure a logistics route and beachhead near Berezino. UNITAF command has identified Orlovets as a good staging area, thus UNITAF teams will secure a route there through Gorka and Polana.

ChDKZ forces will consist of soviet-era-equipped regular infantry with supporting IFVs and some MBTs. We have yet to locate the Nationalist helicopter base which has been sending various airframes to assault us so we may see enemy helicopters if they decide to get involved.

UNITAF will deploy via Chinook transport helicopters to LZ Grizzly and push out to assault Gorka, before moving through Polana, a Chedaki FOB and finally Orlovets. Expect stiff enemy resistance and ambush positions along the valley. Primary Tasking -Clear ChDKZ-held settlements to the West and South of Berezino; -Secure the village of Gorka -Secure the village of Polana -Secure the village of Orlovets. -Neutralise the ChDKZ FOB located to the North of Polana. Secondary Tasking -Find intelligence on the planned Chedaki defence of Berezino. -Narrow down the location of the Nationalist helicopter base if any airframes are sent to assault you.

AFTER securing the villages and neutralising the FOB, OUTLAW will be relieved by the UEF to maintain the foothold in the area.

The purpose of this operation is to act on the intel given by the UEF. By doing so we will be able to get a strong foothold in preparation to seize control of the ports.
