Situation
During a return flight from the insertion of special forces in ISIS territory, a UH-60 blackhawk helicopter from Kalaei Noowi Airbase is downed by insurgent forces using small arms fire. Nearby surveillance assets were mobilised to locate the crash site, and it is believed that all 3 crew survived the crash with minor injuries - the aircraft did not explode. UNITAFs primary QRF is based at Kalaei Noowi Airbase and is tasked with the immediate search and rescue operation. The area is densely populated with both civilian and ISIS presence and it's a race against time to save the crew and safeguard the assets. Continue readingThis ORBAT
