Situation

Background Information

In their aim to aid British forces stranded and surrounded on mainland Ritmo, the USMC have successfully captured the nation's south-western island formation. However, the large town of Rontus sustained heavy damaged during the violent conflict against the Chinese PLA and Marines of Echo Platoon plan to aid any civilian casualties there, along with gather intelligence and capture any remaining enemy forces. Rontus is a strategically vital town and has been previously bombarded by both USMC and PLA forces and therefore a likely victim of unexploded ordinance (UxO) and anti-tank mines.
