Situation
An industrial incident occurred in one of the petrol treatment facilities in the area. Whilst material damage of the event has been limited to the treatment facility, this resulted in an environmental incident as petroleum particulates have spread out all over the region. This has resulted in the contamination of all above ground water supply and put a strain on the local food production. The incident has resulted in the involvement of several NGOs pooling efforts to provide aid in the region. Due to the high number of American volunteers and the unsure safety of aid workers and volunteers, a US detachment has been deployed to the region to assist in distribution of humanitarian aid as well as provide stability in the area. This is a Peacekeeping mission, contact is not expected. Players are expected to actively engage with civilians to gather information. Mission is expected to last up to 2 hours.
