After negotiations to return land back to NATO allies, a Russian proxy has given a stern but cordial no. The 101st Airborne, following their 72-hour mantra, has been deployed to this area of operations. The goal is to disrupt military action and assist the negotiations. ORBAT NOTES Dagger 5-1 & Dagger 5-2 -Will be operating CH-47F [RHS] -Armed with 2x M134D Miniguns -Expected to be proficient with fast roping and other quick insertion methods. Bishop 4 -Will be operating CH-47F (Cargo) [RHS] -Expected to be proficient with airborne logistics

The friendly unit is a US Army, 101st Airborne platoon. Composed of 2 squads and an Anti-Tank team. They have 2 CH-47s for transport and one CH-47 for logistical support.

You are the tip of the spear and the first line of defense. If needed, MERT can be called in; however, they will take some time to arrive.

The enemy is composed of mechanized infantry with heavy armored support. They are expected to stay within their bubbles and not push too far out.

While surprise is on your side, that time will be limited. The more you lolly-gag, the more they build up. Since you are pushing into their territory, they will have artillery.

Expect BRDMs, BTRs, BMPs, and T-72s. They are using ex-soviet equipment.

Expect transport Mi-6 or Mi-8s on occasion.

Direct Tasking Quickly hop from objective to objective. Disrupt the enemies and make a good first impression 1-Up Intent Go into their territory and make a scene. Make them keel over 2-Up Intent We must find a way to aide our negotiations of land. Make it happen

-Objectives are assault and delt with accordingly. -Negotiations aided. -Morale and the will-to-fight diminished in our foes. Mission Failures -Extract back to friendly lines in the north-west.

The purpose of this mission is a show of force. The enemy must believe we can strike anywhere, any time. Hence, we will.

OBJ A OUTLAW will be inserted via Dagger and Bishop to LZ A. Call signs must recce on the movement to contact. OBJ A should be shocked and taken as soon as possible after landing. DAGGER and BISHOP provide fire and recce from the overhead. OUTLAWS 1 & 2 sweep and clear the east from AP-1 along the major axis of the airfield. OUTLAW 3 crosses under support from the overhead to AP-3. Screen for vehicles and follow the advance on the west side towards AP-2. With the advance at RV SHERRY, DAGGER leaves the overhead to recce and engage the defences at OBJ B. OUTLAW destroys the comms tower at OBJ A. OUTLAW 2 crosses the runway to clear AP-2 with OUTLAW 3. RALLY and resupply at RV SHERRY. MOUNT DAGGER / BISHOP. OBJ B OUTLAW staggers the insertion to OBJ B following Dagger's fire. DAGGER 5-1 lands to dismount at LZ B PRIMARY. OUTLAW 2 & 3 dismounting provide base of fire. DAGGER 5-2 prepares to fast-rope into the castle compound. OUTLAW 1 fights towards the entrance closest to the LZ. DAGGER returns to the overhead for support. With this foothold, all OUTLAW rendezvous in the castle to sweep and clear. Look for intel. RV RAKIJA activates as required. OBJ C OUTLAW insert to the LZ and head for WP C for brief recce. OUTLAW 2, 3 provide BOF for OUTLAW 1 to cross. All squads pivot to sweep along the major axis of the objective towards AP-5 / RV WHISKY. OBJ D The primary purpose here is denying the assets present on the airfield. If pressed for time, OBJ E takes priority. Hit vulnerable equipment and continue. OUTLAW 3 land at primary LZ. - Destroy comms equipment - Engage long-range with AT - Report enemy positions OUTLAW 1, 2 land at secondary LZ. - Move from AP-6 to AP-7 to sweep and clear OBJ E OUTLAW 1 will take the right (west) flank. OUTLAW 2 will take the left (east) flank. OUTLAW 3 follows closely in the centre to respond to armoured threats as required. Report crossing each phase line for synchronisation purposes. Maintain momentum and report each RV secured. BISHOP prepares resupply at each RV, airdrop if required. DAGGER provide fire from the overhead.

Squads should prioritise rapid movement.

BISHOP should prepare air-droppable emergency supplies at-command via OUTLAW 6.

At each RV, BISHOP supplies full LOGPOK as required.
