The war is in its final, desperate phase. CSAT knows NATO forces are closing in and in a last-ditch bid to turn the tide they’re preparing to arm and launch a tactical nuclear device. NATO has already staged an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) strike to cripple the site’s electronics long enough to prevent launch. PHANTOM 1 has three hours from the EMP detonation to locate the warhead, secure it, and prevent CSAT from restoring the firing systems. A recent push from NATO has driven CSAT to an isolated peninsula. Under the threat of total annihilation, insider sources tell us they are planning to detonate a nuclear device. Under the cover of an EMP blast, PHANTOM 1 is to covertly breach the enemy airfield, locate and disarm the CSAT nuclear weapon before it can be repaired for detonation. Recon teams have captured the image below showing where the weapons are being held. The two individuals pictured are thought to be the chief CSAT scientist and the lead military official on the ground. After defusing the nuclear threat await extract while friendly forced strike the remaining enemy force in the airfield.

The mission of Operation Emberfall is to stop CSAT setting off their nuclear device and devastating the island and the nearby areas. PHANTOM 1 Shall insert after an EMP strike in efforts to disable the nuclear warhead before the timer runs dry.

A) After briefing PHANTOM 1 shall mount up in a helicopter and fly to LZ Ash. While en-route to LZ Ash an EMP strike will go off in the middle of Selatan Military Airbase, this will render the CSAT night vision, vehicle, and base lights useless. B) Once PHANTOM 1 has landed at LZ Ash they will move along the black line, through way-points 1-4 until they reach the exterior of the base. C) When PHANTOM 1 reaches WP-4 they will plan out the movement into OBJ Bad Day, by assessing the patrols with their drone. After the nuclear device has been disabled, PHANTOM 1 will extract the same way they inserted.

ALL CALLSIGNS will cross the LD fully loaded according to the units SOP. These supplies will come from the staging area. This basic load is expected to sustain the team throughout the mission. Emergency supplies may be arranged if able.
