Recent days have seen multiple probing incursions into Finnish territory. Initial incursions have been deterred by presence alone, but intelligence strongly suggests imminent escalation. CURRENT INTEL: At 2150 hrs, Forward reconnaissance team WATCHMAN reported a significant convoy staging immediately east of your location - approx 15 troop-carrying trucks, 8 BTRs and at least 3 T-90, no visible markings. WATCHMAN estimate strength at 350–400 personnel, battalion-sized combined arms element. Heightened aerial activity further east of assembly. No confirmed airspace violation at this stage. Intel suggests a diversionary movement preceding a larger coordinated incursion. ORDERS: HAVOC to execute immediate interdiction.
