PACR and CRRM command are meeting at the Rassa Speedway. We are to spy on this meeting, determine their agenda and act as necessary.

The PACR have garrisoned the Speedway. We suspect they will have infantry and light vehicle patrols in the immediate area. Additional intel shows they are setting up AA and Artillery positions at Sebring Mine. Any enemy QRF is expected to come from the Orion Airbase Island, south of the Speedway.

Primary Objective:

Infiltrate the PACR/CRRM meeting to gather intelligence and develop into Direct Action as required.

Secondary Objective:

Sabotage or destroy the PACR Anti-Air installation northwest of OBJ House Call.

After suitably gathering and acting on intel during OBJ House Call, exfiltrate from the area of operations by any means necessary.

Critical success: Infiltrate and exfiltrate fully covert with decisive intel.

The intent is to remain flexible and adjust to the situation as it develops while we infiltrate. If a critical situation to liquidate a HVT or destroy an installation arises, we will remain deliberate in our approach to avoid escalation and exfiltrate.

The scheme is brief and hinges on overall flexibility as means of engagement are discovered. Phases 0 through 2 primarily define the reconnaissance effort.

Phase 0

KNIGHT and BISHOP prepare for a seaborne insertion at Safehouse Europa. KNIGHT and BISHOP insert via boat along the Lake Rassa outlet east of Rassa Speedway, hereafter OBJ House Call.

Phase 1

Weapons state: RED Referencing either ROUTE ALPHA (primary) or ROUTE SIGMA (secondary), KNIGHT and BISHOP move towards OBJ House Call. First establishing an overwatch referencing OP markers, KNIGHT and BISHOP conduct preliminary recon for:

• Entry points
• HVT
• The meeting point
• Sentries
• Civilian presence

Phase 2

Weapons state: RED Determining a suitable entry point, KNIGHT advances on the OBJ House Call interior. BISHOP remains on overwatch, operating under freedom of movement to conduct best-possible recon. BISHOP secondary tasking: determine exfil routes. KNIGHT infiltrates buildings in search of the meeting and gathers intel.

Phase 3

Weapons state: ORANGE Concluding the reconnaissance phase, if necessaryKNIGHT is cleared to develop into Direct Action: Seize or eliminate the HVT. Exfiltrate. If opportune and still covert, divert to AA installation north-west of OBJ House Call.
