The intent is to capture the lead scientist that is currently in charge of developing the serum.

Phase 1: a) Starting at FOB Weslav, ARCLIGHT 1 will move in vehicles to the docks next to Cafe Santiago. b) ARCLIGHT 1 will mount into boats and head along the designated route towards IP 1. Phase 2: a) Once on the ground at IP 1, ARCLIGHT 1-1 will move to OP 1. b) Meanwhile, ARCLIGHT 1-2 will move towards OP 2. c) Once in position, ALL CALLSIGNS are to survey the surrounding area, marking targets and seeing if they can identify the HVI. d) If the HVI is identified to be at this research facility, ARCLIGHT 1-1 will move to the north of the facility, once in position, ARCLIGHT 1-1 & ARCLIGHT 1-2 will simultaneously assault and secure the facility, ensuring the HVI remains alive. Before moving back to IP 1. If the HVI is not in the northern facility. Phase 3: a) ARCLIGHT 1-1 & ARCLIGHT 1-2 will dismount from there OPs and move south along the designated route, towards the southern facility. b) As ARCLIGHT 1 approaches the facility, ARCLIGHT 1-1 will take point and move onto OP 3, maintaining visual on the facility itself. c) Meanwhile, ARCLIGHT 1-2 will move just to the east to maintain visual on the local RACS base. d) If the HVI is identified on the ground. The assault plan will be made in person. e) Following the successful capture of the alive HVI. ARCLIGHT 1 is to immediately pull out of the facility and hastily move North to IP A. f) ARCLIGHT 1 will then move back along the designated route to Cafe Santiago, where we will mount up and drive to ENDEX at FOB Weslav

ALL CALLSIGNS will cross the LD fully loaded according to the units SOP. These supplies will come from the staging area. This basic load is expected to sustain the team throughout the mission, without support.
