SAS launch a night time compound raid to capture ISIS leaders, they plan to fastrope into a IS stronghold take out or capture IS leaders and strike the final blow to IS in the valley. 1x Observation Wildcat, 2x Armed transport Wildcats and 1x Apache Helicopter are there to support.

Phase 1: Starting at Clover airfield kit up, brief and load up into designated birds. These are: Blackbird for LIGHTNING 1 Dragonfly for LIGHTNING 1-1 ALL CALLSIGNS will proceed under the direction of Guardian 4 to a killhouse setup outside Clover airfield, approaching from the South. LIGHTNING 1 will fast rope onto rooftop AP North and practice walking through securing the northern side of the compound (B1 - 4) LIGHTNING 1-1 will fast rope onto rooftop AP South and practice walking through securing the northern side of the compound (B5 - 8) Following this walk through LIGHTNING 1 and LIGHTNING 1-1 will convene to see if a further walkthrough or adjustment to the plan is required. Phase 2: ALL CALLSIGNS will depart Clover airfield north towards the compound known to be inhabited by Abu Adam al-Baghdadi aka. 'Adam'. Guardian 4 will direct the birds into a suitable formation for cover and if needed hot insert into the agreed insert. Ideally this will be AP North and AP South as practiced, however, backup LZ's LZ Lance, LZ Shield, LZ Dagger and LZ Sword are marked should these be required. Phase 3: Once LIGHTNING are boots on ground they should clear the compound as practiced, with LIGHTNING 1 taking up security north after completion of clearing (B1 - 4) and LIGHTNING 1-1 taking security south after completion of clearing (B5 - 8). ALL BIRDS should provide cover under the direction of Guardian 4. Initial taskings will be HAWK to provide close support to LIGHTNING while BLACKBIRD and DRAGONFLY engage any QRF vics or contacts outside the town. GUARDIAN should observe and direct fire as appropriate. Phase 4: Once Adam has been successfully taken he is to be loaded a bird at LZ Shield and ALL CALLSIGNS are to RTB to Clover airfield Other: Momentum should be prioritised over treatment, the area is likely to become extremely hot once the breach has begun and we don't want to stay longer then required. All 3 wildcats BLACKBIRD, DRAGONFLYand GUARDIAN have 8 passenger seats so can carry a team + HVT with a bird spare in case we loose one.

All required kit should be carried, specialist kit suitable for CQB breaching and apprehension strongly advised
