In 1983, following five years of war and a fragile two-year UN cease-fire, Arztocka and Obristan have agreed to open a single border crossing near Kuztsek. US forces are now deploying small contingent, alongside the Obristan Border Guard to fulfill duties at the new checkpoint.

Sum check

Last number is sum check for rest of numbers on plate. f.e. plate is OMO 91831C, number should be 1, because 9+1+8+3=21. If number doesn't match, plate is forged.

Firearms

First number designates permission to carry firearms. n1 = 3 => Is allowed to carry sidarms n1 = 7 => Is allowed to carry long rifles up to 1pc/occupant n1 =/= 3 or 7, carrying firearms is prohibited

Special Vechicles

C - Commercial(for trucks, haulers etc.) M - Medical(allowed to carry more medication) R - Emergency Response T - Public Transport U - Political/Diplomatic Corps(full immunity and exempt to carrying cargo) 0-9 - Civilian Civilian plates on trucks, or public transport should be treated as attempt to swap plates, thus resulting in detention.

Medical cargo

Bandages and non-pharmaceutical cargo is allowed in any amount Painkillers are allowed up to 5 per occupant Other pharmaceutics are allowed only for medical transport, designated with a special plate Carrying medicine without permission, or in industrial quantities is to be considered smuggling.

We are operating on friendly.soil, including nearby stationed platoon of Obristan mechanized Infantry, and FARP established by U.S. 5 km away.

We are not expecting contact from regular Arztockan army, more likely lightly armed militia, and civilians.

You'll have to man the newly opened checkpoint, both ways. It is possible that you'll also be required to react to smuggling operations in Kuztsek.

Upkeep cease fire with Communist State. At least 80% of smuggled contraband should be found and confiscated.
