At an all time low on their territorial campaign, the Chedaki have made their most desperate move yet - threatening a SCUD attack on their final city, Novodmitrovsk. The US have recieved a demand for the return of recently captured Severograd in exchange for the safety of the civilian population. Concernigly, drone footage has confirmed the presence of SCUD launchers near an Eastern logistics site.

A US Army Ranger mechanized squad has agreed to meet in person with the Chedaki to defuse the terrorist attack and negotiate the surrender of all ChDKZ SCUD assets. Should this be untenable and civilian lives be threatened, a US Scout Sniper Platoon will be in position to eliminate SCUD devices and personnel threats as required.

The Estonian Armed Forces are staged in Severograd, preparing humanitarian aid for civilians who would be affected by a potential SCUD launch. They will not be accompanying the US Army Rangers on this operation.

THE CHERNARUSSIAN MOVEMENT OF THE RED STAR (CHDKZ) FORCES ARE A STATE-BACKED PARAMILITARY AND AS SUCH, HAVE ACCESS TO A MODERN ARRAY OF RUSSIAN EQUIPMENT. THE DESTRUCTION OF THEIR FINAL AIRSTRIP IN KRASNOSTAV HAS SEEN THE ELIMINATION OF ALL REMAINING FIXED WING AIR ASSETS AND THE CAPTURE OF THEIR HELIPORT IN SEVEROGRAD HAS LIMITED USE OF THEIR ROTARY ASSETS.

AS THE FRONT LINE COLLAPSES ON THE CHDKZ, WE HAVE SEEN AN INCREASING DENSITY OF ARMOR IN THE NORTH EAST AS NOVODMITROVSK, THEIR FINAL STRONGHOLD, IS FURTHER FORTIFIED. SHOULD OUR DIPLOMACY FAIL, WE ARE EXPECTING IMMEDIATE MOVEMENT OF ARMORED ASSETS FROM THEIR NORTH EASTERN FORTIFICATIONS TOWARDS OUR AO.

- Meeting in person with the Chedaki to discuss their demands
- Preventing any SCUD missile launches
- Negotiating for the surrender of all ChDKZ SCUD assets

Should the discussion of demands be deemed untenable and a SCUD launch imminent:
- Coordinating with the US Sniper Platoon to prevent any impending launches on civilians
- Destruction of all CHDKZ SCUD missiles by force

Mission success will be contingent upon:
-All ChDKZ SCUD capabilities being surrendered or destroyed

Mission failure will be contingent upon:
-A successful SCUD launch on Novodmitrovsk

The purpose of this mission is to recover or destroy the ChDKZ mobile SCUD missile platforms near Gorka, by any means necessary.

STAGING All Hitman callsigns will assemble their teams at their respective rally points and carry out any equipment checks. Once completed, all teams with gather at RP1 for briefing. Once briefed, all teams will mount up in their transport vehicles as follows; Hitman 1-1 attached to Hitman 2 (GMG) Hitman 1-2 attached to Hitman 3 (HMG) After mounting up, the vehicles will assemble in the following convoy order before departing; Hitman 2 - Hitman 1 - Hitman 3 PHASE 1 All Hitman callsigns will travel in convoy along the blue route marked on the map, traversing through waypoints 1-3 and then dismounting infantry teams at WP4. Convoy speed and spacing will be determined by the vehicle section commander upon departure from Sakums Airbase. The ChDKZ forces within the Gorka region have agreed to a temporary ceasefire while negotiations are underway, all Hitman callsigns are WEAPONS ORANGE (return fire only),unless instructed otherwise by the Field Commander. PHASE 2 Upon reaching WP4 and dismounting Hitman 1 teams, Hitman 1-1 will setup positions covering the North-East approach and into the ChDKZ garrison to the East. Hitman 1-2 will setup positions covering the Southern approach as well East into the garrison. Hitman 1 will begin negotiations with the local ChDKZ commanders at the garrison. If an agreement/terms of surrender is successfully brokered, transport arrangements will be made to safely return the SCUD missiles back to friendly territory. If an agreement cannot be reached or if the ceasefire is broken any party, all attempts must be made to destroy SCUD missiles or recover them by force. PHASE 3 Upon successful completion of phase 2, all Hitman elements will return to their vehicles and proceed to rendezvous with the accompanying US Army Scout sniper teams, where they will mount up in the Hitman vehicles and all elements will return to Sakums Airbase.

All Hitman infantry teams shall have reserve supplies available with their attached vehicle elements.

Emergency supplies and reserve vehicles are available to be airdropped by friendly air transport elements stationed at Sakums Airbase.

Medical support will be conducted in field (PAK in field is ENABLED). In the event of a MASCAS situation where all medical staff are lost, emergency support can be requested from friendly forces at Sakums Airbase.
