MERT Officer>SF Medic/Platoon Medic>MERT Technician>Squad Medic/MERT Assistant>Combat Medic>CLS

In an instance where multiple medical personnel on the same tier are present (eg. a combat medic and a MERT assistant) whomever was initially coordinating the area continues to do so.
