When addresssing the leader of an element, append ACTUAL after the element's callsign.

When needing to speak to the leader of an element specifically, and not anyone else on net who may take transmissions for the call-sign (Platoon Sergeant/Radio Operators etc.), append ACTUAL after the element's call-sign.
Example:
ALPHA 1: ‘Alpha 9, Alpha 1’
9 is busy dealing with a direct conversation, so 8 takes the message
ALPHA 8: ‘Alpha 1, Alpha 8, Send’
1 needs to tell 9 something directly to ensure they have heard and understood
ALPHA 1: ‘Alpha 9 Actual, Alpha 1, urgent’

ALPHA 9: ‘Alpha 1, Alpha 9, Send’
