Before the start of the deployment, give the members of the mission support team an overview, covering:

  • General overview of the plan
  • Pacing expectations
  • Expected tasking for the Assistant Game Maters and Roleplayers
  • Name of the friendly faction(s)
  • Name of the opposing faction(s) and what units/vehicles to use
  • Name of the neutral faction(s) and what units/vehicles to use
  • Civilian presence and interaction
