A permission lets someone do something on the site beyond taking part. It comes with a post: whoever holds the post can do it, and stops when they leave.

  Sign a member off for a role in the team's combat areas, or award a class or tier that needs a person, and answer requests and recommendations.

  Withdraw a member's access to a role or a whole combat area, with a reason and a remedy they read, and lift it again.
