The role

The Company Commander (CoyCo) is responsible for the conduct of their Company from start to finish. They direct the 2 main platoons of the company and any attachments, synchronise manoeuvre and fires, and accomplish the mission with minimal friendly and maximum enemy casualties. This is a Field Leader role with a maximum ORBAT size of 64, inclusive of the CoyCo and exclusive of the Mission Support Team.
