The role

The Platoon Commander (PltCo) is responsible for the conduct of their platoon from start to finish. They direct the 2-3 main squads of the platoon and any attachments, synchronise manoeuvre and fires, and accomplish the mission with minimal friendly and maximum enemy casualties. This is a Field Leader role with a maximum ORBAT size of 64, inclusive of the PltCo and exclusive of the Mission Support Team.
