The role

As part of a Medical Emergency Response Team (MERT) a MERT Tech is a experienced Medic who travels as part of a rapidly deployable mobile hospital known as MERT. The MERT is a rotary airborne unit capable of airlifting medical emergencies from the frontline for treatment in the air, or back at a Field Hospital.
