The role

Squad Medics are medics grouped within infantry squads, concerned first and foremost with the welfare of their squad members. Medics generally leave the fighting to the infantry, instead focusing on patching up the wounded and getting them back into the fight. Medics typically fire their weapon in self-defense, or in the defense of the wounded.
